Associazione Amici di Italcable sent this QSL Card by postal mail for an email report to info@associazioneitalcable.it for its transmission on 15 MHz. On the day of the reception, the MUF stayed high above 15 MHz well into the evening local time (past 0100 UTC). According to my quick count, this is Time and Frequency station #18 overall in my collection. It is the only T and F station that I am aware of that plays music in between the time announcements on the minutes. Grazie mille to Marco Volpe of Italcable for sending this QSL.
